The third night of auditions at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium finds Simon Cowell, Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum and Sofia Vergara back at the judges’ table continuing their search for the top talent that will make it to the next round of competition. The bottom line is: Which acts are worth $1 million. “When we ask that question, we’re sharing what hopefully, the audience is thinking at home, ‘Is this a million-dollar act?’" Mandel told reporters during a press conference for Season 16. “Is this something that can move on and really has a chance in this contest? You’re listening to us think out loud, that’s how we judge. That’s the recurring question constantly in every act in all our minds, and sometimes you hear us say it out loud.” With the shortened time slot, night three of AGT only features eight acts.
