While the property was love at first sight for Nicole, the first-time homeowner enlists Chip and Joanna’s help to update the 1950s house in episode 3 of Fixer Upper: Welcome Home, premiering Feb. 12 on discovery+ as part of the Magnolia Network Preview. “Structurally, it seems like a really sound house,” Chip says before the renovation. “That 75 to 100 thousand dollar budget, I think it’s going to be perfect.” So, did it turn out perfect?
