When is the Virgin River Season 5 release date?
There’s no official release date yet for Virgin River Season 5. Depending on filming schedules and COVID-19’s impact on them, we may be able to expect a summer 2022 release date. Filming reportedly began on Season 5 on July 18, 2022, and is expected to wrap in November. The official Virgin River Instagram account revealed that production was underway this past week, so a possible summer 2023 release may be likely. “Our cast in a table read for SEASON 5.. Virgin River Season 5 will have 12 episodes. Virgin River Season 4 also had 12 episodes, while Seasons 1-3 all had 10 episodes each.

Where is Virgin River filmed?
Time to rip off the band-aid: There’s no actual place in northern California called Virgin River. The show is filmed in British Columbia, with some scenes shot in Port Coquitlam and Snug Cove, a part of Bowen Island. Virgin River’s locales are real, too, to a degree: Jack’s restaurant is the Watershed Grill in Brackendale, British Columbia, while Doc’s house is actually a mansion in New Westminster. Mel’s cabin can be found inside Murdo Frazer Park.
Will Mel and Jack be together in Season 5 of Virgin River?
